  • Place a new order for the samples you wish to receive.

It's important to note that while we offer samples, we cannot provide products for free to everyone. That would be quite a challenge for us, to say the least! 😉

Design & Printing

Only PNG files can be uploaded for your designs. When creating t-shirt designs, it's essential to save them in PNG format with a transparent background. Failing to do so might result in the t-shirt appearing oddly printed, which could lead to returns or dissatisfaction from customers.

Additionally, make sure to check the maximum design dimensions allowed to ensure your image's aspect ratio aligns with the editor's specifications. This ensures your designs are resized correctly within the editor.

For instance, if the front view of a Biowashed T-shirt measures 12 inches by 21 inches, and you desire a full-size print, ensure that your design matches these dimensions. It's also recommended to use a DPI (dots per inch) setting of 300 for the best print quality.

At MERCH FACTORY, we specialize in DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints for clothing. DTF prints provide excellent quality, durability, and vibrant colors.
While some may inquire about DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints, we've made a strategic decision to discontinue them due to cost concerns and a preference for maintaining the highest quality standards. Our focus on DTF ensures that our customers receive the best results for their clothing designs.

Rest assured, your designs are kept completely secure on our servers. Our printing process is highly automated, requiring minimal manual intervention. As we handle all production in-house, there's no need to email your design files, ensuring an extra layer of protection for your valuable creations.

Order Process

To place an order, follow these quick and easy steps:

  • Sign up and create your account.
  • Click on the "New Order" button.
  • In less than 5 minutes, you can complete your order. When you click on "New Order," you'll be guided through a simple process:
    Step 1: Add products to your order. You can create a new product, select from your saved products, or even choose from products that were returned to us.
    Step 2: Fill in the shipping details for your chosen products.

  • Finally, click the "Place and Pay" button, and you're all set!
  • Ordering with us is a breeze, and you'll be done in no time!

Upon receiving your order at Merch Factory, we swiftly proceed to print, pack, and dispatch it. The delivery timeline then relies on the courier service you select when placing your order. You'll find the estimated delivery time provided when the order is dispatched. For precision, we mention it may take up to an additional two days. Rest assured, our team dispatches your orders in under 24 hours. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Certainly, you have the ability to track all your orders. You can conveniently access the status of each order through our Merchant Application. Once your order is placed, simply navigate to the "All Orders" page at your convenience. Click on the specific order, and you will find comprehensive details about it right there. Tracking made easy!

You have the option to cancel an order via the Merchant Application as long as it hasn't been processed, printed, or packed. Here's how to cancel an order:

  • Visit the "All Orders" page.
  • Select the specific order you wish to cancel.
  • Once you're viewing all the order details, click on the "Cancel Order" option.
Please note that the "Cancel" button is available only when your order hasn't been processed. Additionally, if your item has already been shipped, you can take advantage of our RTO (Return to Origin) service. This service holds your merchandise for 30 days, allowing you to reship it as needed.

Shipping & Returns

Certainly, Merch Factory takes white-labeling seriously, ensuring that there is absolutely no branding associated with Merch Factory on the products or packaging. This means that when you receive your merchandise from us, it will be free from any logos, marks, or labels that would indicate it came from Merch Factory. Instead, it will represent your brand exclusively, allowing you to establish your unique identity in the market without any interference from our branding. Our commitment to white-labeling ensures that your custom clothing and merchandise truly reflect your brand's individuality.

When you place an order with us, you have the flexibility to choose from a range of courier services, and we've established direct partnerships with many of these courier companies to provide you with the most cost-effective shipping rates available. We aim to make shipping affordable and convenient for you.

As a reference point, shipping typically starts at 45 INR for 500 grams within the state of Madhya Pradesh and 60 INR for the same weight in other states. To put it into perspective, you can ship approximately 2 to 3 T-Shirts within this weight range.

Additionally, there are some additional charges to be aware of:

  • RTO (Return to Origin) Charges: These are same as shipping charges for the order.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges: These may vary, as they are determined in real time by the courier companies based on the specific order.
If, for any reason, you prefer to handle your own shipping operations, you have the option to use our self-shipping service. We want to provide you with the flexibility to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs and preferences. Your convenience is important to us!

We provide you with the Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) when your order leaves our printing facility. To ensure accuracy, we add a buffer of up to two extra days to the estimated delivery time. It's important to note that our team works efficiently, and we typically dispatch your orders in less than 24 hours. However, once the order is in the hands of the courier company, the delivery timeline depends on their operations.

In most cases, courier companies deliver within the expected time slot. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that external factors like adverse weather conditions and network constraints can sometimes lead to delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations, and we recommend communicating these possibilities to your customers as well. Our commitment is to provide a smooth and efficient ordering process while keeping you informed about potential delivery scenarios.

Courier returns typically occur when a customer rejects an order, a scenario that is more common with Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. In such cases, the products are sent back to our Merch Factory Facility. When we receive these returned orders, we take immediate action to update the items in our database. You can conveniently track these returned products in a designated area within our platform.

The great part is that you have the option to reship these returned items by covering only the shipping charges. This allows you to make the most of your merchandise and provide a better experience to your customers. However, it's important to note that there is a time limit for reshipping these items. Typically, you have up to 30 days to initiate the reshipment process. If you are on a paid plan, this period may extend further, offering you additional flexibility.

To ensure efficiency and to prevent stockpiling of unclaimed items, any goods that are not reshipped within the specified time frame are donated to charity. This approach not only helps us manage our inventory but also contributes to a meaningful cause.

As a proactive measure, we strongly recommend confirming with the customer before placing Cash On Delivery (COD) orders. This ensures that the customer is prepared for the order and reduces the likelihood of returns, making the ordering process smoother for both parties involved.

Absolutely, you have the capability to offer returns and exchanges to your customers. We recognize the importance of delivering a smooth shopping experience for your business and fully endorse your decision to facilitate returns and exchanges. When a product is returned, you can proceed with reshipping it within 30 days of its return.

To streamline this procedure, we suggest the following guidelines:

1. Clearly outline your return and exchange policy to your customers. This should detail the terms and conditions under which returns and exchanges are permissible, including the return timeframe and the state of the product. Please note that we only entertain Reverse Orders within 3 days of order delivery.

2. Offer your customers an easy and effective method to initiate returns and exchanges. This might involve creating a dedicated segment on your website or designating a customer service representative to manage returns and exchanges.

3. When a customer requests a return or exchange, request a front-angle picture of the product from them. This ensures that the product remains in a satisfactory condition.

4. Generate a Reverse Pickup Order through the Merch Factory Dashboard. Simply navigate to the order details page by selecting the specific order from the 'All Orders' section.

Please remember: We also accept returns for damaged items within 3 days of order delivery. However, in such cases, please reach out to our customer support team. We'll verify the damage and facilitate the free reshipment of the product.

Self Shipping is designed for advanced users or larger brands who prefer to manage their own shipping services. When opting for the self shipping option, you will be required to provide us with the AWB Number (Airway Bill Number) and the name of your chosen courier service. We will include this information on the shipping label.

If you require further flexibility, such as using your address for Return to Origin (RTO) purposes, you can provide us with a shipping label URL, and we will print and affix that label for you. However, it's important to ensure that the shipping label is readily accessible for pickup when you choose this option.

This feature is ideal for those who want more control over their shipping process and allows for customization of the shipping label to meet your specific needs. We want to provide you with the flexibility to choose the shipping method that best suits your requirements. Your convenience is important to us!

If you want to self-ship, put the pickup address as MF Warehouse, Mill Road, Ashok Nagar, 473331, Madhya Pradesh. The contact number should be yours, as we get the AWB number and courier name from you when you place an order. We dispatch orders daily with all our courier partners. You should generate the pickup after the order is printed.

Upon receiving the COD payment, we credit the corresponding amount to your Merch Factory wallet. This wallet serves as a convenient and accessible account where your earnings accumulate.

The flexibility is in your hands. You have the freedom to withdraw the accumulated amount from your Merch Factory wallet at any time that suits you. This ensures that you have access to your earnings when you need them.

With this process, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free experience when it comes to managing payments for COD orders. Your earnings are easily accessible, allowing you to maintain control over your finances and smoothly run your business operations.

The process of generating an invoice with Merch Factory is designed for your convenience.

Here's how it works:

  • Automatic Invoice Generation: As soon as the order is successfully delivered to your end customer, our system automatically generates an invoice. This means you don't have to manually create invoices for each order, saving you time and effort.
  • Important Note on GSTIN: To ensure that you receive returns on the GST (Goods and Services Tax) you've paid, it's crucial to provide your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number). This enables us to bill you correctly, considering your GST registration.
  • Billing for Unregistered Parties: In cases where you haven't provided a GSTIN or are not registered for GST, we will bill you as a customer or an unregistered party.
It's essential to have your GSTIN in place if you want to benefit from GST returns. This ensures that your invoicing is in compliance with tax regulations, and you can claim the appropriate returns for your business. Withdrawing funds from your Merch Factory Wallet is a straightforward process, and here's a detailed guide to help you:

  • WhatsApp Number Registration: Begin by registering your WhatsApp number within the Merchant Application. This is a vital step to ensure a secure transaction, as you will recieve payout liks on this number.
  • Withdrawal Request: In the Wallet section of the app, locate and click on the 'Withdraw' button. Here, you can specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Link Delivery: After confirming your withdrawal request, you will receive a link on your registered WhatsApp number.
  • Razorpay's Payout Page: Click on the link you've received. This will redirect you to Razorpay's Payout Page.
  • Details Input: On the Payout Page, verify the necessary details, including the recipient's email or phone number.
  • Funds Transfer: Following this, the funds will be processed, and you can expect to receive them in your bank account within 12 hours.
Additionally, it's worth noting that RazorpayX Payout Links provide a convenient way to send funds when you don't have the recipient's bank account details. By simply entering the recipient's name, phone number, or email, and the amount, you can create a Payout Link. The recipient then receives this link and can input their account details (bank account or UPI ID) for verification. Once verified, the amount is transferred.
